POSITION OVERVIEW
Leadership
Good teams work under direction. Great teams collaborate. You can lead with knowledge and wisdom. You know how to make good ideas grow. You also set the less-good ideas aside, rather than shout them down. You listen as much as you direct.
Teamwork
Our teams love their work. They want to make beautiful images, and let the work speak for itself. You inspire and share that ethic, and value the results of the team. You know how to praise the quiet achievers and herd the rock stars along the same path to a great result.
Vision
Our clients and teams want clear creative vision. You know how to deliver it. Money, time and clients will test the vision, yet you gain support from everyone in pursuing it. You also know when to accommodate when you need to.
Creativity
Great artists love to work with other great artists. You are adept with your chosen tools of reference and communication, and can inspire. You succeed where others don’t because you understand the process. You know what matters most in each step, and how to best show it off
