Amanda Vernik
Training and Education Manager
Amanda brings over two decades of experience in vocational training, industry engagement and program development to her role as Manager of Training and Education at RSP. Her career has included significant roles at Marden Senior College, where she served as a VET Trainer, Acting RTO Manager and VET Coordinator, contributing to the establishment of Certificate III programs in VFX, 3D Modelling and 3D Animation.
Amanda is known for her deep commitment to empowering young people in the creative arts, fostering clear pathways into the screen, media and VFX industries through high‑quality training and strong industry partnerships. Her passion for shaping the next generation of artists is reflected in her leadership in events such as Industry Immersion Nights, Career Expos and skills-focused Workshops. In 2023, Amanda was acknowledged for her excellence and impact as an educator as she was named a finalist for the South Australian Training Awards VET Teacher/Trainer of the Year award.
With a learner‑centred approach and a strong belief in the impact of accessible, industry‑aligned education, Amanda continues to champion creative arts training in South Australia.
