He has a solid foundation in production and a deep understanding of the VFX pipeline, with strengths in resource management, ShotGrid tracking, and overall show coordination. Paul has a proven ability to drive revenue through strong client relationships, sound financial management, and effective team leadership. He is adept at securing projects and consistently exceeds client expectations.

Prior to joining RSP, Paul held a range of production roles at Eyeline Studios, Ingenuity Studios, Method Studios, and Atomic Fiction. His notable credits include Moonfall, Wonder Woman 1984, White Lotus, Extraction, For All Mankind, Westworld, and FUBAR.
