As Head of Production, Ashleigh is an integral part of RSP's Executive group, responsible for delivering and executing RSP's vision and strategy.

Following a successful career in marketing, Ash joined RSP in 2014 as a part of the production team. Her strong leadership and organisational strengths have seen her swiftly progress through various production roles including Production Manager, Production Supervisor and Head of Resourcing. In 2025, Ashleigh moved into the Head of Production role where she leads RSP's Production, Department Management and Resourcing teams - overseeing project planning; show resourcing, both locally and globally; supporting show and department leadership; and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

In her 11 year tenure at Rising Sun Pictures, Ash has contributed to an impressive number of titles, including Game of Thrones, Captain Marvel, Jungle Cruise, Ford v Ferrari and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

Her impressive attention to detail and unwavering commitment to supporting her team and upholding RSP's reputation, make her an invaluable member of RSP's team.
