Pauly has been working in Film and TVC post-production for over 16 years.

He is an experienced VFX editor, assistant editor and post services lead, who has even dipped his toe into the world of production coordinating. Prior to returning to RSP, Pauly developed his career while at Animal Logic for 8 years where he contributed to high-end TVCs and film projects such as Happy Feet and 300. Since joining RSP he has worked on several projects including Thor:Ragnarok, The Predator, Tomb Raider, Logan, Game of Thrones, The Hunger Games, Prometheus and Gravity.
