Richard's impressive career spans more than a decade.

His extensive experience has been cultivated throughout working in various senior production roles around the world. Richard joined RSP in 2021 as Executive Producer after completing three and a half years as Head of VFX at Park Road Post in New Zealand.

After taking on a caretaker role as Head of Production at RSP, Richard was appointed to the role and continues to also serve as Executive Producer.

Richard is an exceptional leader who is well respected by his team and clients. He fosters a positive working environment and is passionate about mentoring and motivating his team.

As a key member of the executive group, Richard assists RSP deliver and execute its vision and strategy, while maintaining and developing strong relationships with our clients.
