Off the back of a plethora of successful projects, Rising Sun Pictures (RSP) launches REVIZE™, its toolkit for Machine Learning.

Leveraging cutting edge Machine Learning (ML) technologies and advanced VFX workflows, REVIZE™ produces the highest quality VFX output for feature film, series, and entertainment. REVIZE™ has been used for a variety of digital ML augmentation, most notably face replacement, facial performance modification, de-aging, body replacements, and other likeness adaptations. The REVIZE™ toolkit now includes REVIZE™ Face and REVIZE™ Body, with future developments already in development.

“We recognised the potential of ML early on and invested in talent and resources to develop a premium toolset. Our studio clients report that, with respect to the rest of the industry, we are miles ahead of the curve, the best in the world” Tony Clark, RSP Co-Founder & Managing Director.

Clark is no newcomer to innovation. A 30-year veteran, Tony has helped put the Australian VFX industry on the map and has inspired a generation of creative artists and technologists. An Emmy award winning cinematographer, Tony co-founded RSP in 1995 and has innovated throughout his career including the creation of cutting-edge motion control camera system, the Australian broadband network Cinenet and the colour management tool cineSpace. His most standout creation is the world-renowned cineSync which he won an Academy SciTech Award in 2010.

“RSP’s differentiation is evident with our experience in problem solving for the variety of creative and technical challenges that are faced in VFX production. It is our mission to be the Trusted Creative Partner of studios and filmmakers worldwide. REVIZE™ was created to do just this, to solve problems and puts the tools into the hands of our artists.” says RSP President Jennie Zeiher.
